Phil is responsible for the technology and architecture of the ToolTwist product, and is directly involved in its marketing strategy. Prior to Tooltwist, Phil founded, and was the Technical Director of Software Associates (Australia), served as CTO for eHealthcareAsia, a subsidiary of Hong Kong's largest private health provider and co-founded and was CTO of Mind Your Language, an internet language training company. Phil has more than twenty five years experience in IT in Australia, United States, and across Asia. |

Aravind Naidu has the responsibilities of chief engineer and implementation expert. Prior to Tooltwist, he held positions with General Electric (Australia), eHealthcareAsia (Hong Kong) and Software Associates (Australia). Aravind brings over 20 years experience in the industry and has extensive experience directing and implementing ICT projects across Asia and Australia. He has provided high-value consulting in the banking and telecommunications industries and has had managerial roles overseeing large IT Infrastructure projects. Arv is commonly known as our "jack-of-all-trades", as he has developed everything from software tools across numerous platforms, Internet banking solutions, through to PC motherboards and interface cards. |

With more than 40 years of business experience, Charles has spent more than 30 of these years working across the Asia Pacific region. He has worked in various regional human resource and operation roles with companies such as IBM, Unisys and Deloitte Consulting. Charles has lived and worked in Japan, Hong Kong, China, Singapore and the Philippines. Prior to joining ToolTwist, Charles acted as Managing Director of Total Talent International. |

George has more than thirty years of experience in selling, strategy and planning, negotiating and implementing , with over 25 years living and working in China, Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong, Philippines and the rest of Southeast Asia. Has has held senior executive positions with IBM, Siemens, Unisys, EDS (now part of HP) and Polaroid, with operational P&L responsibility from $2 million to over $400 million. He most recently successfully worked in a marketing and sales role for MIT in Shanghai. George is a CPA, has an MBA from The Thunderbird School of Global Management and speaks Mandarin Chinese. |
