The business problem
Professionals across real estate, finance and government needed property data in the field, but research was manual, fragmented and tied to the office. Producing client-ready reports was slow, which blunted their advice when it mattered most.
What we did
Our team provided core development and quality assurance for the app, working closely with Cotality's product and management teams. We built its search and comparison tools and the connections to Cotality's data, maps, payments and titles offices.
