The business problem
Digital health providers had patient data spread across records systems, apps and partner services, and relied on manual coordination for eligibility, scheduling and refills. Clinicians could not easily spot patients falling behind on medication, and each new partner meant risky, bespoke setup.
What we did
We provided core development and technical leadership, designing the secure architecture for handling protected health information. We built the workflow engine for clinical processes and refill tracking, integrated communication, e-fax and lab services, and delivered separate portals for admins, doctors and nurse practitioners.
