The business problem
Banks were bogged down in manual, inflexible customer due diligence, and multinationals struggled to keep legal entity records consistent worldwide. Both meant slower onboarding, higher operating costs and real regulatory risk. Encompass had acquired two products to fix this and needed them working as one.
What we did
Our developers and testers worked as an extension of the client's onshore teams across both products, under their direction. We supported integration first with ING's infrastructure and then with the wider Encompass platform, with rigorous security and performance testing throughout.
