The business problem
Site teams were working from paper drawings that went out of date, and doing quality and safety checks with pen, paper and a separate camera. Information arrived late, rework crept in, and project leaders were deciding on reports that were days or weeks old.
What we did
Our developers and testers worked with Laing O'Rourke's in-house team on BuiltView, building parts of both the app's interface and its business logic. Our testers helped hold it to the standard needed for daily use on live construction sites.
