Giving renters a voice, and a way to check before they sign
We helped build Rent Rabbit, an anonymous review platform that lets Australian renters check a property, landlord or agent before committing to a lease.
Renters can do their due diligence before they apply
The business problem
Renters often commit to a lease after a short inspection, relying on listings that leave out problems like mould or unresponsive landlords. There was no way to check a property's or manager's track record, or to warn the next tenant.
What we did
Our developers built the review and rating system, property search and anonymous submission workflows, across interface and business logic. Our testers made sure the platform was reliable, which matters for a service whose value rests on user trust.
