Advisor-E is live. The mentoring and training platform we built the core of has shipped, and we couldn't be prouder of the team that got it there.
What Advisor-E does
Advisor-E is a mentoring and training system used by business coaches and their clients. It provides hierarchical, layered content management of training materials, progressive release of course content, white-labelling, and user-specific worksheets, giving both the coaches and the businesses they advise real flexibility and customisation.
Underneath that, it grew into a full engagement management platform for professional advisory networks: a single place to centralise communication, standardise service delivery through template-driven processes, and give managers real oversight of advisor-client interactions. The goal was to turn fragmented, inconsistent collaboration into something seamless, accountable, and scalable.
What ToolTwist built
ToolTwist provided the foundational development for the platform. Working closely with the client's product and management teams, we architected and built the core infrastructure that handles real-time interaction and data management, including:
- The centralised communication channels and the backend for document sharing and task management.
- The engine behind the "cognitive templates" — the standardised, enforceable advisory workflows with automated reminders and progress tracking.
- The closed feedback loop that streams and aggregates activity so managers get immediate, comprehensive visibility across the whole network.
The brief was a robust, secure, highly available web platform capable of supporting managers, advisors, and clients concurrently while handling sensitive professional data. That foundation is what let the client focus on strategy and adoption while we carried the core build.
