Who we are

ToolTwist Limited ("ToolTwist", "we", "us") provides software engineering and AI delivery services, with head offices in Hong Kong and Singapore and a development centre in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines. For any privacy question, contact us at sales@tooltwist.com.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address, company (if provided), and anything you choose to tell us about your project.
• Booking information. Discovery calls are scheduled through Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Information you enter there is processed by Google as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• Enquiries submitted by an AI agent. This site publishes an agent interface (see Agent interfaces) that lets an AI assistant register interest in a call on someone’s behalf. It collects the same details as any other enquiry — name, email address, optional company, and what you want to discuss — and we handle them the same way: the submission is emailed to our sales inbox, and this site stores no copy of its own. We have no way to verify that an agent was authorised to share someone’s details, so if an enquiry reaches us this way and you did not ask for it, tell us and we will delete it.
• Usage data. We use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand site performance and usage. Our servers also keep standard request logs.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange or hold a call.
• To provide, maintain, and improve our services and website.
• To keep our systems secure and meet legal obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests (running and improving our business), performance of a contract, and your consent where required.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, including hosting and analytics (Vercel), scheduling and workspace tools (Google), and cloud infrastructure providers (Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services) used to deliver client projects. We may disclose data where required by law.

International transfers

We operate across Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Philippines, and our providers operate globally, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place.

Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver our services, and meet our legal and business-record obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Under the CCPA you may request access to or deletion of your information and opt out of its sale; we do not sell personal data. To exercise any right, email sales@tooltwist.com.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above when we do.
