FitMyCar selected as ORIA finalist

FitMyCar was selected as a finalist in the ORIA, the Online Retail Industry Awards. The recognition was a great result for the ToolTwist project team and a reflection on the site that was built.

Recognition for the retail experience

Being named a finalist matters because online retail is judged by the whole customer journey: discovery, product fit, trust, checkout, and fulfilment. A finalist result means the experience was strong enough to stand out in a competitive field.

For FitMyCar, that experience depended on more than a storefront. It needed the platform logic to help customers find the right products for their vehicle and move confidently through purchase.

A milestone before the win

This finalist announcement sits just before the later award milestone, when FitMyCar went on to win Best Online Retailer at ORIA.
