Our developers joined Pickstar's team to build Pickstar Works, a mobile-first hub that replaces spreadsheets and email chains for managing talent jobs and deliverables.
Booking, coordination and tracking are handled in the app, not by hand
The business problem
Bookings for sports and media talent were run across spreadsheets, emails and messaging apps. Tracking deliverables soaked up admin time, mistakes slipped through, and brands, agents and clubs struggled to see how work was progressing.
What we did
Our developers and testers worked inside Pickstar's existing software team, building the app's interface and business logic for web, iOS and Android. We also supported integration with Pickstar's internal systems and its social and performance data tools.
